Services
Home Boarding
Cancellations for home from home bookings over 1 week must be must confirmed a week prior to booking commencing. Failure to do this CAN result in loosing your full payment and or deposit.
Shifnal pet sitter reserves the right to reject looking after your pet if it causes damage, is distressed or not as described. If you are not able to be contacted to help make alternative arrangements, I reserve the right to place your pet in kennels until your return and charge you accordingly for transportation and damage costs.
Shifnal pet sitter reserves the right to claim excess costs for insurance from the pet owner if the incident arising / causing the claim was caused by the pet.
Shifnal pet sitter expects you to declare if your pet chews items, is incontinent, ill or is not toilet trained, house trained, barks continuously, howls or pulls hard on the lead. Failure to do this will result in you being charged the higher rate of dog care charges - this can be upwards of £25 a day depending on the severity.
Shifnal pet sitter will not leave your pet unattended in the home for longer than 2 hours unless agreed.
All guest dogs are required to sleep in the lino area of the house. No exceptions.
Dog Walking
Dog walking booking are required to give 24 hours notice to cancel unless agreed by prior arrangements. Faliure to do this will result in the full charge being applied.
Copying
All rights, including copyright in material and database rights in
databases, in the content of Shifnal Pet Sitter web pages are owned or
controlled for these purposes by Shifnal Pet Sitter. Users may only view
and print hard copies of this website for their own personal use. Users
may not print, copy, reproduce, download, republish, broadcast, transmit,
display, modify or re-use the materials from the Shifnal Pet Sitter website
for any other purpose, including in particular any purpose which publicly
re-sells or re-uses the materials.
